We recently had Mason out to our home in Park Hill to fix an on-going issue in our downstairs laundry area (which subsequently went to our upstairs plumbing). The home is 'old', and we knew it was not going to be an easy task. However, Mason WAS/IS amazing! I believe he subcontracts for some of his work, and although those guys finished the basement job, Mason went above and beyond to ensure all piping and drainage was up to snuff! Manny is a man of his word. He took the time to explain his diagnosis of our water line problem (leaking). He explained the higher quality of the copper line they would be using (type K copper tubing) for the replacement of our main water line. They took care to minimize the length of the excavation trench needed to "pull" the new line. Their pricing was 1/3 less (thousands $$) than other bids received. Work guaranteed for three years. His offer was less than half the price of three other proposals. I was tempted to dismiss Manny's offer, but budgetary constraints helped push me to go with him and Pipeline Solutions...best decision ever! His team was quick, know what they are doing, worked well with Denver Water to get the permits and inspections done. They even helped me install a drain pipe for my downspout to get it away from the house - for free! My advise to anyone reading this - ignore the high priced companies and go with Pipeline Solutions.
